Refund and Cancellation Policy

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to one hour prior to scheduled start time with no fee or penalty. A session can be rescheduled twice in a 30-day period without penalty. After two reschedules, client may forfeit the session. Any client who is dissatisfied with the services provided, can request a refund of their monthly membership fee, but this will also terminate their relationship with Better Health Therapy NYC.
